Service and price

Your contracting party is Nullzeiger GmbH. A .ch domain costs CHF 12 per year, both to register and at every renewal. Swiss VAT is neither charged nor shown. Moving a domain to olu is free and does not extend its term.

Registration starts immediately after payment approval and cannot then be withdrawn or refunded. If it fails, the authorization is released or the charge refunded.

Renewal and restoration

With automatic renewal enabled, olu charges the saved payment method before the next renewal date. Without successful payment, the domain may lapse. Restoration after deletion is not guaranteed; the current restoration fee and required yearly renewal are quoted before action.

Your duties and liability

You keep account and holder details correct, answer identification requests and use the domain lawfully. olu may suspend or end service because of abuse, an official order or registry requirement.

Swiss law applies with jurisdiction in Zürich unless mandatory law says otherwise. Liability follows Swiss law; where permitted, slight negligence and indirect loss are excluded.
